All the families of the earth (shall) be blessed

Hello, How is everything going? My week was alright, just doing some missionary work and trying to bring souls to Jesus Christ, the usual haha, but we had some neat miracles with finding some new families we could potentially start teaching and with our other families we're already teaching making good steps to progress towards baptism and becoming closer to Jesus Christ, which was awesome. Tuesday was alright. After some lunch, we headed to the Cabertos, but they unfortunately don't seem too interested at the moment, so we'll see what happens with them. We then tried to meet with Ivhana and Joan, but Ivhana wasn't responding to texts from us or from Joan, she was probably sleeping lol, so we just met some of Joan's family instead and got a snack at their store. We then visited another member family real quick, and a huge coconut fell and landed about a foot and a half away from Elder Anor, so that was pretty neat lol. We then tried to visit various other people, but they were mostly busy or otherwise unavailable, so we eventually headed back to the church building to visit some other people, who were also not available lol. We then headed over to the Bulan family, which went alright; I was a little worried if they were a little disinterested/the message wasn't getting across to well, but we were able to testify/teach about the Book of Mormon, and some of them seemed pretty interested in it, and they all agreed to read it together, which is a plus. It truly is a book that changes lives, it continues to change mine despite reading it a couple times already, and I always gain greater insights/guidance. We then bought some barbecue since Elder Anor is getting sick of the hot dogs and eggs with rice that we have for nearly every meal since that's all we have lol, and we headed home for the evening. Wednesday was also alright. After some lunch, we headed through the cornfields to meet with Cristel and Althea, which went alright, and we then met with a member family nearby to try teaching one of the sisters in the family, but she wasn't home, so we shared a message with her brother and his family and dad (all members). We then tried visiting a couple others before we visited one of the counselors in the branch presidency to ask if he knew various people on the unbaptized members list, which was a big help, and we received a bunch of bananas at the same time lol. As we started to head to another area of town, my bike tire went flat (first bike problem so far haha), so we had to walk the rest of the way home. We got some balut (the half-chicken, half-yoke cooked inside an egg, if you remember haha) on the way back to our house, which was nice haha, and we made some calls/sent some texts to try to contact a few more people before I did some DFTC work for the night. On Thursday morning, I had a social media meeting to talk about how to better involve members in our content creation, which was good, and we later headed to district council. Afterwards, we just had to walk for the rest of the day since the council/our travels went a lot longer than normal and my bike still wasn't fixed and we didn't have time to find a repair shop haha. We first met with Elaine, the newest member of the branch, and her niece, which went well, but it took a bit longer than we expected haha (a common theme today lol). We then stopped by a couple more houses before heading to our dinner appointment, which was also good, and we were able to meet some of their friends. After we walked all the way back home again, I mainly just did some DFTC work for the evening. Friday was pretty good. In the afternoon, we visited the Caberto family with a few YSA members, which went alright, and the mom (an inactive member of the Church) told us afterwards that she does want to come back to church, so that's some potential. We then visited the Cristobal family, the family of one of Sister Joyce's friends. Her friend came to church last Sunday, so we were able to meet with her and coordinate with her and Sister Joyce on when we could meet the rest of her family since they aren't members. Our meeting went well; the father seemed interested in our message and said we could come back to share more, which was great. Afterwards, we tried to visit a couple others who weren't available before visiting Sister Romarilyn to end the evening, which went pretty well; she continues to make progress towards baptism and preparing herself for it and is making some changes in her life little by little to be ready for baptism, which is great. Saturday was also alright, nothing too exciting. After some lunch, we had some weekly planning, and we then headed through the cornfields to try to meet Cristel/Althea. They weren't there, so we just tried visiting a couple more people nearby before, all of a sudden, the cloud was dark with storm clouds haha, so we tried to quickly bike back to our next appointment, which was closer to our appointment. Luckily, we didn't get dumped on, just a light sprinkle lol, but the dark clouds were pretty ominous. We then had a lesson with the Bulan family, which went pretty well. One of the older daughters said that she and her husband read the Book of Mormon together, and she shared the feelings she felt and the verses that stuck out to her, which was great to hear. We then got some dinner, came home, and I held our monthly Technology Council...but only 6-7 other missionaries showed up lol (we have about 15 total on the team). It was alright though, they're a fun group, and we were still able to talk about a lot of stuff. And we got a group picture this time since we forgot to do so last time haha. Sunday was good, even if only a couple of our investigators came to church today haha. We were able to have our first mission coordination meeting with our branch mission leader, which went pretty well, and we were able to talk with a few others about people we're teaching or about their friends/acquaintances that they want us to meet, which is great. After that, we had some lunch and planned for the rest of the day (at church we found out that everyone we planned to visit today was busy/unavailable haha), and right when we were about to leave, we found out that my bike was flat again lol, so we ended up walking everywhere. We visited a couple inactive/less active members, and we found a couple families (the Inson and Calimag families) that we could start helping come back to church, as well as their kids/cousins/friends who also aren't members, so I guess it's a good thing we didn't go to where we had originally planned for today haha. We then tried to visit Sister Romarilyn, but she wasn't home, unfortunately, so we briefly visited a couple others before heading home so that I could do some DFTC work and hold a meeting with the content team, which all went pretty well. Anyways, I hope you are all doing fantastic, and I hope you continue to seek for and expect miracles in your everyday lives. I know that God is watching over each one of you and is providing you with daily miracles, we just need to take the steps of faith to see and receive those miracles. Have a great week!
